摘要
危险源的辨识与管控是建立煤矿职业监控安全管理体系的基础,通过对神华北电胜利露天煤矿矿用运输卡车近3 a轮胎维护工作的安全管理经验,全面查找、梳理轮胎维护作业的危险源并采取切实有效的防控措施,确保轮胎维护人员作业及卡车运行的实时安全。
The identification and control of hazard source is the foundation of coal mine monitoring occupation safety management system. Through safety management experience of nearly 3 years trucks tire maintenance in Shenhua Beidian Shengli Open-pit Mine, the mine finds out and sort out the dangerous sources of tire maintenance, and take effective measures to prevent and control, in order to ensure the safety of tire maintenance personnel and trucks operation.
