一期前路病灶清除钛网植骨内固定术治疗胸、腰结核的疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨一期前路病灶清除钛网植骨内固定术治疗胸、腰结核的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院采用该术式治疗的52例胸、腰椎结核患者的临床资料。结果末次随访时,患者疼痛程度和神经功能分级显著改善。脊柱后凸患者后凸角矫正平均(16.04±3.23)°。所有患者植骨均获融合,融合时间平均(4.50±1.32)个月。结论该术式治疗胸、腰椎结核可有效改善症状,矫正脊柱畸形,促进植骨融合。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of one-stage anterior debridement and titanium mesh grafting internal fixation in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data of 52 patients with thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis who were treated with this procedure were retrospectively analyzed. Results At the last follow-up, the patient's pain level and neurological function were significantly improved. The average angle of kyphosis correction of kyphosis of the spine was(16.04±3.23)°. All patients' bone grafts were fused and the average fusion time was(4.50±1.32) months. Conclusion The surgical method in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis can effectively improve the symptoms, correct spinal deformity, and promote bone graft fusion.
