摘要
某高速路段施工现场预应力混凝土用螺纹钢筋在张拉过程中出现断裂,本文以断口试样为对象,借助扫描电镜、能谱仪和直读光谱仪等设备,通过一系列试验,研究其断裂原因。结果表明,该钢筋的断裂与材料缺陷、组织缺陷和表面缺陷有关。
In construction site of a express highway, screw-thread steel bar for prestressed concrete generates brittle fracture in tensioning process. Taking fracture samples as object, using SEM, EDS and direct reading spectrometer, by series of experiments, the reasons for the fracture were analyzed. The results show that the fracture of the bar is related with material deficiencies, microstructure deficiencies and surface deficiencies.
