摘要
目的:通过小学生视力的因素模型分析,探讨户外活动对小学生视力的影响,以期为小学生视力不良的有效防控提供依据。方法:抽取山东省济南市、日照市6所小学3~5年级学生1 021人进行视力检查,同时进行问卷调查,使用AMOS7.0软件构建与验证结构方程模型。结果:小学生视力不良发生率为45.1%,户外活动对小学生视力有明显影响,作用大小为0.45。结论:户外活动是小学生视力不良发生的主要影响因素之一,增加户外活动时间对预防视力不良是有益的。
        Objective: To explore the factor model of impact upon pupil's eyesight,and to search for main factor from numerous impact factors in order to supply scientific evidence in the prevention of pupil's poor sight. Methods: 1021 pupils were randomly selected from grade 3- 5 of 6 primary schools in Jinan and Rizhao,Sandong province for eyesight check and questionnaire investigation.The establishment and verification of structure equation model were conducted by using AMOS7. 0 software. Results: The prevalence of poor sight in primary school pupil is 45. 1%. The analysis of structure equation model indicated that outdoor activity had impacts upon eyesight and the impact magnitude is 0. 45. Conclusion: Outdoor activity is the main impact factor for sight. Increasing outdoor activity time is beneficial to the prevention of pupil's poor sight.
