摘要
目的掌握中山市神湾港鼠形动物自然感染汉坦病毒、钩端螺旋体、巴尔通体的情况。方法 2017年5月—2018年6月在中山市神湾港货运口岸及神湾游艇客运口岸两个监测点采用鼠笼法捕获鼠形动物,取其肺、肝、脾和肾脏组织。从鼠肺组织中提取总RNA,利用RT-PCR检测汉坦病毒核酸;从肝、脾、肾组织中提取DNA,用PCR方法检测巴尔通体和钩端螺旋体核酸。结果共捕获鼠形动物3种69只,其中臭鼩鼱(Suncus murinus)58只、黄胸鼠(Rattus tanezumi)9只、卡氏小鼠(Mus caroli)2只。汉坦病毒、巴尔通体和钩端螺旋体核酸检测阳性率分别为2.90%、11.59%和4.35%。1只黄胸鼠存在钩端螺旋体、巴尔通体及汉坦病毒的复合感染。结论中山市神湾港鼠形动物存在汉坦病毒、巴尔通体、钩端螺旋体的自然感染,且存在多种病原体复合感染现象,应加强港口区域灭鼠及监测工作。
        Objective To understand the natural infection of Hantavirus,Leptospira spp.and Bartonella spp.among rodents at Shenwan port in Zhongshan city.Methods The rodents were captured by cage-traps in Shenwan port area during May 2017 to June 2018.The lung,liver,spleen and kidney samples of rodents were obtained by dissection in laboratory.The total RNA was extracted from lung tissues,and Hantavirus nucleotide acid was amplified by reverse transcription PCR.DNA was extracted from liver,spleen and kidney tissues,were used to detect Bartonella spp.and Leptospira spp.by PCR.ResultsA total of 69 rodents including 58 of Suncus murinus,9 of Rattus tanezumi and 2 of Mus caroli were captured.The positive rate of Hantavirus,Leptospira spp.and Bartonella spp.nucleotide acid was 2.90%,4.35%and 11.59%,respectively.Co-infection with these three pathogens was found in 1Rattus tanezumi.Conclusion The natural infection of Hantavirus,Leptospira spp.and Bartonella spp.were detected in rodents of Shenwan port,and co-infection also existed.It is necessary to strengthen rodents control and surveillance in the port area.
