病变性质对超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的影响

摘要
目的探讨肺周围型病变性质对超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的穿刺成功率及诊断准确率的影响。方法回顾分析经超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的770例患者。根据最终病理结果及临床转归将770例患者分为良性病变组、恶性病变组,比较两组之间穿刺成功率及诊断准确率。结果 (1)恶性病变组穿刺成功率(97.5%)及诊断准确率(100%)较良性病变组穿刺成功率(93.0%)及诊断准确率(90.9%)高,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)恶性病变组超声引导下穿刺活检病理存在假阴性结果。结论超声引导下肺穿刺活检术是诊断肺周围型病变有效、准确的方法,病变性质可影响穿刺成功率及诊断准确率。
Objective To analyze the lesion nature affecting on the success rate and diagnosis accuracy by ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy of pulmonary lesion.Methods Retrospective analysis 770 patients with percutaneous lung biopsy guided by ultrasound from.Patients were divided into two groups depending on the final diagnosis,then take a statistical analysis of the success rate of biopsy and diagnosis accuracy.Results The success rate of biopsy and diagnosis accuracy(97.5%,100%)of malignant lesion is higher than benign lesion(93.0%,90.9%).There is a false negative result in peripheral pulmonary disease.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung biopsy is an effective and accurate diagnosis method to diagnose pulmonary lesion,the lesion nature can affect the success rate of puncture and diagnosis accuracy.
