摘要
能谱CT是指具有快速千伏峰值切换技术的单源双能计算机断层扫描,它通过使用单个X射线源和探测器同时采集患者的低能量和高能量数据,精确重建出从40~140keV的单能量图像,并获得物质密度图像、能谱曲线及有效原子序数等。了解这些能谱CT技术可提高CT在血管应用中的价值,包括改善血管对比度,改善病变的显示情况,减少图像伪影,减少辐射剂量及器官灌注成像等。
