摘要
基于一起110 kV变压器的有载切换开关故障,对其进行油色谱分析、短路阻抗、绕组变形、绕组直流电阻和有载分接开关切换时间和动作顺序试验,结合吊罩检查,分析出了事故原因及过程,并且针对事故提出了预防性措施。
The switching process of on-load tap changer(OLTC) is introduced. The oil color spectrum analysis, short-circuit impedance, winding deformation, winding DC resistance and the switching time and action sequence of on-load tap changer are tested based on the fault of on-load tap changer of a 110 kV transformer. The cause and process of the accident are analyzed according to those test results combined with the inspection of hanging cover, and a new preventive detection method and new organizational measures are given for the accident.
