颈夹脊穴深刺导气治疗神经型颈椎病156例临床观察

摘要
目的:观察颈夹脊穴深刺导气治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取病变部位颈夹脊穴深刺,行导气手法,5次为1疗程,评估患者个人治疗前后症状改善情况、VAS评分的变化。结果:临床治愈率达49%,显著有效率达31%,症状改善率达14%,6%为无效,有效率为94%。首次治疗后、疗程治疗后与治疗前的VAS评分比较,差异均有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈夹脊穴深刺导气治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效好,能显著缓解疼痛症状。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of deep needling at cervical Jiaji acupionts in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: Deep needling at cervical Jiaji acupionts was used to treat patients and the changes of symptom and VAS score were evaluated before and after treatment. Results: The clinical cure rate was 49%,the effective rate was 31%, the symptom improvement rate was 14%, 6% was invalid and the effective rate was 94%.After the first treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of cervical spondylosis with deep needling at cervical Jiaji acupionts is effective and can alleviate the pain symptoms.
