摘要
儿童的肥胖对健康的影响成为社会关注焦点和科研热点。研究发现,肥胖导致儿童体质健康指标(耐力、爆发力、弹跳力等)下降,身体形态指标(皮脂、胸围、腰围、臀围)高于正常体重儿童。并且,肥胖儿童的骨强度和骨密度相对于正常儿童要差。体育锻炼作为一种改善体质健康和骨健康的重要手段,探究其影响肥胖儿童体质健康和骨健康的相关研究较少。基于以上,本文拟对体育锻炼影响肥胖儿童体质健康和骨健康的相关研究进行综述,以期为肥胖儿童健康促进提供一定的理论依据。
        The impact of childhood obesity on health has become a focus of social attention and research hotspots.The study finds that obesity leads to a decline in children's physical fitness indicators( endurance,explosiveness,bouncing force, etc.), body shape indicators( sebum, chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference) higher than normal weight children. Moreover,the bone strength and bone density of obese children are worse than those of normal children. As an important means to improve physical health and bone health,physical exercise has less research on its influence on the physical health and bone health of obese children. Based on the above,this paper reviews the related researches on physical exercise and bone health of obese children,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the health promotion of obese children.
