摘要
介绍了质量功能展开(QFD)理论、发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)、公理设计(AD)理论的基本原理和特点,分别针对其在工程应用中的不足,建立了基于QFD_TRIZ_AD的集成过程设计模型.首先,基于客户调研需求,利用QFD构建了用户需求与功能需求的质量屋模型,借助TRIZ标准解法解决了矛盾冲突,得到基于功能需求的初步概念设计模型.其次,基于AD理论将QFD功能需求映射为技术参数,得到设计矩阵,并判断矩阵是否耦合,若非耦合矩阵则产生创新方案,否则利用TIRZ工具箱进行解耦,以达到消除耦合的目的.最后,通过基于PRO/E的概念设计和虚拟演示,验证了设计方案可行.
        The basic theory and characteristics of quality function deployment(QFD),axiomatic design(AD)and theory of innovation problem solving(TRIZ)are introduced.Aiming at the main problem exiting in engineering design separately with the theory of QFD,TRIZ and AD,the integrated process design model based on QFD_TRIZ_AD is established.With the application of the conceptual innovation design of emergency rescue vehicle based on QFD_TRIZ_AD,conflicts from customer requirements to the functional realization and to the final design matrix are solved.Through decoupling,the numerical results of an upper triangular matrix are obtained,verifying the feasibility of the method.Finally,a 3-D conceptual design model and a trajectory region of the multi-functional working arm based on Pro/E are put forward.
