摘要
制约欠发达地区公立医院发展的关键因素是人力资源,而医院人力资源建设发展需要长期大量的资金投入,通过对两个案例的描述分析,对人才风险投资理论在医院应用前景予以展望,使欠发达地区公立医院能找到一条符合实际的人才投资和培养思路,从而推动医院人力资源建设发展。
The key element restricting the development of public hospitals in under-developed areas is human resource,whose construction and development require large amounts of money input for a long time.With descriptive analysis on two cases,the author predicts the prospects of talent risk investment in hospitals so that the public hospitals in under-developed areas locate a train of thought suitable for talent investment and training to promote the construction and development of human resources in hospitals.
