改性2-氨基嘧啶型转锈剂的制备及其在带锈涂层中的防腐蚀效果

摘要
将接枝不同脂肪酸的2-氨基嘧啶作为转锈剂与环氧-聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(EP-PVB)配合制成带锈涂层,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)和电化学测试对涂层形貌和耐蚀性进行观察与测试。结果表明:转锈剂可在锈层表面形成一层自组装膜,膜层的形貌与接枝使用的脂肪酸碳链长度相关,用月桂酸接枝的2-氨基嘧啶转锈剂成膜性最佳;转锈剂与EP-PVB配合制成带锈涂层的防蚀腐效果受转锈剂成膜性的影响,用月桂酸接枝改性的2-氨基嘧啶转锈剂与EPPVB配合涂装的带锈涂层的耐蚀性最佳。
        2-aminopyrimidines grafted with different fatty acids were used as rust converters in combination with epoxy-polyvinylbutyral(EP-PVB)in preparing rust-tolerant anti-corrosive coatings.The morphology and corrosion resistance of the coatings were observed and tested by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electrochemical tests.The results show that rust converters formed self-assembled coatings whose morphology was related to the carbon chain length of fatty acids on the surface of rust layer.The film formation property of lauric acid grafted with 2-aminopyrimidine was best.The anti-corrosion performance of the rust-tolerant anti-corrosive coatings prepared by rust converters and EP-PVB was affected by film formation property of rust converters.The rust-tolerant anticorrosive coating prepared by 2-aminopyrimidine grafted with lauric acid exhibited the best corrosion resistance.
