摘要
在高中压转子产品的超声检测缺陷区解剖取出试样,通过对试样进行详细的超声检测和磁粉检测,找到缺陷具体位置,再通过高倍、电镜扫描等分析手段对缺陷进行综合分析。分析结果表明:该产品的缺陷为含有Al、Si、Ca、Mg等元素的非金属夹杂物。
The defect area of ultrasonic test of the high and medium pressure rotor has been dissected to take samples,and the defect positions have been found by ultrasonic test and magnetic particle test. The defects have been analyzed comprehensively by means of microscopic test and electron microscope scanning. The results show that the defects of the product are non-metallic inclusions containing Al,Si,Ca,Mg and other elements.
