摘要
针对立磨减速器二级输出轴发生断裂失效现象,采用断口形貌分析法对其进行裂纹扩展分析;基于工况载荷分别采用有限元法对其进行静强度分析,采用解析法对其进行疲劳强度分析。根据分析结果有针对性地提出相应改进措施,在结构、材料、加工及装配等方面对轴进行优化设计。
        In view of the breaking of the secondary output shaft of the reducer of the vertical mill, the fracture metallographic method was conducted to analyze the growth of cracks. Based on the loading condition, the finite element method was applied to conduct static strength analysis, and the analytic method was applied to conduct fatigue strength analysis. According to the analysis results, corresponding improvement measures were proposed,and optimization design of the shaft was carried out in structure, material, machining and assembly etc.
