摘要
针对农村集体土地确权工作中出现的提取宗地四至信息的要求不同,地块数据量大,宗地形状不规则不易判别,宗地四至手工输出费时费力等问题,探讨了一种优化宗地四至提取方法,在AutoCAD.NET开发环境下,使用C#语言开发实现四至提取自动化程序。该方法在安徽省枞阳县土地确权登记颁证项目实践中得到广泛应用,提取的正确率均在90%以上。该研究达到了预期效果,更为准确高效地实现了宗地四至信息的判别、提取、分析和展示。
For there is different requirement for extracting land parcel information in the confirmation work of rural collective land right,a lot of information for land,land parcel is so out-of-shape to hardly distinguish and handwork of land parcel four boundary wastes time and energy,a optimized method is discussed here for four boundary.Under AutoCAD.NET,C#language was used for auto program realization of four boundary extraction,which was widely used in the project of land ownership registration certification issuing in Zongyang County,Anhui,with extracted accuracy over 90%.This study gains expected effect and can judge,extract,analyze and show fourth boundary information with higher precision.
