硬膜下血肿患者术后护理效果观察

摘要
目的研究分析硬膜下血肿患者的术后护理方式,总结归纳护理要点,为临床护理提供参考。方法选取2011年2月—2015年4月我院80例硬膜下血肿患者进行研究分析,提供基础护理,观察患者病情,进行引流护理,对临床护理情况进行总结归纳。结果全部患者接受各项护理后,3例出现了颅内积气情况,为患者注射颅痛定治疗,1例肺部感染,使用吸氧护理结合拍背促进咳痰,4例癫痫,使用安定和德巴金治疗,1例精神障碍,使用冬眠灵和非那根治疗,2例血肿复发,让患者头低位侧卧,促进脑膨,临床并发症发生率是15%,经过针对性的护理,患者的症状均得到控制。结论硬膜下出血患者临床中接受基础护理、病情观察、引流以及锻炼指导等护理内容后,其护理效果比较突出,患者的病情改善明显,并发症几率较低。
Objective To study and analyze the postoperative nursing methods for patients with subdural hematoma, summarize the main points of nursing, and provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods From February 2011 to April 2015, 80 cases of subdural hematoma in our hospital were investigated and analyzed, providing basic nursing, observing the patients' condition and conducting drainage nursing, summarizing the clinical nursing situation. Results All patients received the nursing, 3 patients had intracranial pneumatosis, treatment for patients with intracranial injection pain, 1 case of pulmonary infection, the use of oxygen therapy and nursing in 4 cases with back promoting expectoration, epilepsy, valium and debakin treatment, 1 case of mental disorders, the use of wintermin and non flanagan treatment, 2 cases of hematoma recurrence, the incidence of clinical complications was 15%. After targeted nursing, the patient's symptoms were all controlled. Conclusion The nursing effect of patients with subdural hemorrhage received basic nursing, disease observation, drainage and exercise guidance is very prominent. The patient's condition is improved obviously, and the probability of complication is low.
