摘要
银杏是起源中国,影响全球的重要经济树种。基于Web of Science数据库,系统分析截至2017年12月底的全球范围内银杏研究主题大数据,结果如下:世界银杏研究主题论文共6 916篇,自1934年开始,主题论文数量总体保持逐年递增趋势。银杏研究论文发表于国内外的1 306种期刊上,其中刊文量前十的都是医药类期刊,以英国的Phytotherapy Research最多。银杏论文中,英文(87.3%)、汉文(5.1%)、德文(2.6%)、韩文(2.1%)、法文(1.6%),5个语种共计98.7%;中国、美国、德国3国发文数超过总量一半,其中我国(24.93%)世界排名第一,超过第二名美国5个百分点。在全部9 400位作者中,发表银杏论文数量最多的是中国曹福亮院士,论文被引频次最高的是英国Beatty Stephen医生,为一篇关于银杏与眼底黄斑疾病的文章。截至目前,银杏研究论文热点领域排名前3的依次为药理药剂、植物学、生化与分子生物学。通过Cite Space分析得到,银杏研究高频关键词一为银杏提取物(GEB),二为阿尔茨海默氏病(AD)。
        Ginkgo biloba,originated in China,is one of the important economic tree species which performsglobal influence.Based on Web of Science,the big data of the research on Ginkgo is systematically compiled inthis paper.By the end of 2017,there were overall 6916 theses on the Ginkgo topic. The trend of publicationgrowth is analyzed through annual distribution since 1934.It is widely distributed in 1306 journals at home andabroad,among which the first ten are medical journals,and Phytotherapy Research in the UK ranks first. Eng-lish,Chinese,German,Korean and French account for 98.7% of paper languages.Three countries,China,the U-nited States and Germany contribute more than half of the number of publications.Among all the 9 400 authors,Chinese Academician Cao Fuliang published the most papers.The highest citation frequency is born on Ginkgoand the pathogenesis of age-related macular degeneration by Dr. Beatty Stephen from the UK. At present,theresearch on Ginkgo worldwide mainly focuses on the Ginkgo extract and its medicinal value,and has been ap-plied to the treatment of Alzheimer's disease,the protection of cardiovascular and central nervous systems.Thehot fields of research on Ginkgo are pharmacology,pharmacy,plant sciences,biochemistry and molecular biolo-gy,and the top ten high-frequency keywords are Ginkgo biloba extract,Alzheimer's disease,etc.by CiteSpace.
