摘要
调查了46份不结球白菜种质资源的17个农艺性状,通过对这些农艺性状的相关性、主成分和系统聚类分析,结果发现:13个数量性状变异系数在7.18%~28.04%区间内波动,花期侧枝数变异系数最大,为28.04%;各性状间存在较高相关性,株幅与株高(0.331*)显著正相关,与叶长(0.439**)极显著正相关,荚果长与荚果种子粒数(0.703**)极显著正相关;主成分分析发现,前7个主成分方差累计贡献率为78.96%,分别为株型和产量性状因子、种子数量相关因子、花期和腰粗、花色、叶面、株幅等,这些因子基本上可以反映不结球白菜农艺性状的总体信息;46份不结球白菜种质资源在欧氏距离20处聚为3类,第Ⅰ类主要为青梗菜,第Ⅱ类为直立型散叶白菜,第Ⅲ类为奶白菜。
        In this study,the 17 agronomic traits of 46 non-heading Chinese cabbage germplasm resources were investigated and analyzed by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis. The results showed that the variation coefficients of 13 quantitative traits were in the range of 7.18% ~ 28.04%,and the number of lateral branches at flowering stage had the largest variation coefficient(28.04%). The plant width of non-heading Chinese cabbage was significantly positively correlated with the plant height(0.331*),and was very significantly positively correlated with the leaf length(0.439**).There was a very significantly positive correlation between the pod length and the seed number per pod(0.703**). The principal component analysis found that the former seven principal components had the variance cumulative contribution rate of 78. 96%,which could be summarized as plant type and yield trait factor,seed-number-correlated factor,flowering period factor,waist factor,flower color factor,leaf surface factor,and plant width factor. These factors could basically reflect the agronomic trait information of non-heading Chinese cabbage. The 46 non-heading Chinese cabbage germplasm resources were clustered into three groups when Euclidean distance was 20: the first group mainly included green-stalk cabbage; the second group was erect-type leafy cabbage; the third group was milk Chinese cabbage.
