摘要
仿避役弹舌装置是模仿变色蜥蜴舌部伸展能力强和抓取速度快的运动特点的仿生机械装置。根据生物力学和机械设计原理,该装置采用弹性嵌套式机械结构;根据机械动力学理论建立系统的数学模型,再根据机械结构参数设置合理的仿真参数,并利用Solidworks Motion软件对该装置3维模型进行仿真分析,直观实时地表达了该装置工作的动态特性;综合各仿真结果深入分析了仿避役弹舌装置运行的动态特性,从而为仿避役弹舌装置的设计和应用提供了1种理论依据。
The device imitating chameleon tongue is a bionic mechanical device which imitates the kinematic characteristics of the chameleon tongue's ability to stretch considerably and to grab fast. According to the principle of biomechanics and mechanical design,the device adopts elastic nested mechanical structure. Based on the theory of mechanical dynamics the mathematical model is set up,and then the paper setting the reasonable simulation parameter according as the mechanical structure parameter and using Solidworks motion software to simulate the 3d model of the device,the dynamic characteristics of the device are expressed in real time. With comprehensive analysis of the simulation results,the dynamic characteristics of the device are analyzed in detail,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and application of the device imitating chameleon tongue.
