摘要
本文结合人工智能国家战略和技术发展机遇背景,总结提出人工智能+高校信息化服务的新模式。并选取高校信息化服务难点之一——"师生迎新"这一人员密集、数据密集、简单重复性劳动密集的典型代表性场景为例,介绍通过微信企业号调用人工智能平台接口的方法和快速、低成本引入人工智能技术的思路,为类似应用提供借鉴。最后简要分析了人工智能和高校管理服务信息化融合面临的问题和破解方法。
        This paper summarizes the new model of Artificial Intelligence plus University Information Service in the context of AI national strategy and opportunities brought by technology development. And chooses one highly representative case— university enrollment to show the method of calling artificial intelligence platform in-terface through WeChat and also the idea of introducing artificial intelligence technology quickly at a low cost. This scene is a typical human-intensive, data-intensive, simple repetitive labor-intensive case which is very difficult to deal with in university information service, the experience in this field has relatively high reference value for similar fields. Finally, the paper briefly analyzes the problems and countermeasure in the process of artificial intelligence and university information service integration.
