摘要
在科技不断发展的背景下,采煤机为了能够进一步提高运行稳定性,需要优化截割传动系统,本文通过切割电动机模型、泵控马达模型、蓄能器模型、控制器模型,四个方面对采煤机高可靠性机电液短程截割传动系统建模进行了讨论,又从构建仿真模型、调速性能分析、突变工况性能分析、系统特征分析,四个方面对采煤机高可靠性机电液短程截割传动系统特性分析策略进行了总结,希望为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。
Under the background of the continuous development of science and technology, in order to further improve the stability of shearer operation, it is necessary to optimize the cutting transmission system. In this paper, cutting motor model, pump-controlled motor model, accumulator model and controller model are used to discuss the modeling of high reliability electromechanical-hydraulic short-range cutting transmission system of shearer, and also summarizes the characteristics analysis strategy of the high reliability electromechanical-hydraulic short-range cutting transmission system of shearer from four aspects: the construction of simulation model, the analysis of speed regulation performance, the analysis of abrupt working condition performance and the analysis of system characteristics, with a view to provide reference for people who pay attention to this topic.
