摘要

如今,培养创新创业人才已经是各个高校的必然发展趋势,而社会急需创新创业人才,以促进经济发展。在经济新常态下,针对创新创业整体要求,高校要积极协同企业对双方资源进行整合,共同实施创新创业教育。本文主要介绍校企协同培养创新创业人才的主要目标和原则,并探究校企协同培养创新创业人才的具体措施,培养出更多社会需要的创新创业人才。
        Nowadays, cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an inevitable development trend of all colleges and universities, and the society urgently needs innovative and entrepreneurial talents to promote economic development. Under the new economic normal, in response to the overall requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship, colleges and universities should actively cooperate with enterprises to integrate resources between the two sides and jointly implement innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper mainly introduces the main goals and principles of the college-enterprise collaborative training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and explores the specific measures for the college-enterprise collaborative training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, so as to cultivates more innovative and entrepreneurial talents that the society needs.
