摘要
分子生物学检验技术是一门理论强、知识更新快、发展快,实践性强的学科。目前临床上大多数疾病已从分子水平上进行诊断,为了提高实验教学质量,适应临床的需要,培养真正适应临床工作的科研和创新型人才,经过几年来不断的教学改革和摸索,我们开展了以疾病基因诊断为实验主线的实验教学改革。该改革紧密联系临床,以临床上的常见疾病(β-地中海贫血)的基因诊断为主线实施实验教学,重视实验内容的系统性、连贯性和整体性,注重学生整体思维和临床思维的建立,激发了学生学习的积极性和主动性,学生的各方面能力明显提高。
Clinical molecular biology is a newly emerging course,which is characterized by strong theoretical,strong practical and fast updating of its contents. Because most of diseases have been currently diagnosed with genetic method,in order to train the students to meet the needs of clinical laboratory,and to promote teaching quality,we have systematically reformed the experimental molecular course,based on the genetic diagnosis of β-Thalassemia,which is the most common disease of Guangxi province. The new developed experimental teaching system is closely related to the clinical needs,and the contents have been constructed systematically,coherently and integrally. The approach which focus on the clinical awareness of the students,have significantly improved the enthusiasm and initiative of the students,and consequently promoted the abilities of the students.
