信息管理专业人才风险意识培养体系分析——以德州学院信息管理专业为例

摘要
随着"互联网+"时代的快速发展,社会对于信息化人才的素质提出了更高的要求:具备扎实的信息技术专业知识、良好的行业领域问题解决能力、较强的竞争意识和风险意识.以德州学院信息管理专业为例,结合其专业发展和人才需求现状,以现行的人才培养体系为研究对象分析信息管理专业的定位风险、就业风险和创业风险,探究并构建依托于人才培养方案和课程体系的专业人才风险意识教学体系.
With the rapid development of the ‘Internet +',the society has put forward higher requirements for the quality of information-based personnel:a solid professional knowledge of information technology,a good industry problem-solving ability,a strong sense of competition and risk awareness. This paper takes information management specialty as an example,combines its professional development and talent demand status quo,takes the current talent training system as the research object to analyze the orientation risk,employment risk and entrepreneurial risk of information management specialty,and explores and constructs the teaching system of professional risk awareness relying on talent training program and curriculum system.
