摘要
职业教育财经类专业骨干教师没有掌握当前产业最新的财经类专业技术和资源,已经成为影响财经类专业人才培养的关键因素,根源在于财经类专业技术工作内容涉及商业机密、随着经济业务形态变化而快速发展等特性。以职业教育骨干教师培养工作室建设为契机,抓住财经类专业群产教融合的机会,以校企协同培养财经类专业骨干教师为核心,采取"学校专业教学资源——企业职业工作资源双向迁移"路径,完善"职业标准导向教学内容、工作岗位拉动教学过程"的财经类专业骨干教师模式,建立基于"职业标准+技能拓展"的财经类专业骨干教师培养课程体系,实施"线上+线下"结合的岗位综合实践能力导向教学,探索"企业导师+职教专家"的财经类专业骨干教师现代学徒式培养路径,建设优质教学资源,切实培养专兼结合的"双师型"财经类专业骨干教师队伍。
        The backbone teachers of Finance and economics in vocational education have not mastered the latest professional technology and resources of Finance and economics, which has become the key factor affecting the cultivation of Finance and economics professionals. Taking the construction of the training studio for the backbone teachers of vocational education as the turning point; seizing the opportunity of the integration of production and teaching in the major groups of Finance and economics; taking the cooperation between schools and enterprises to train the backbone teachers of Finance and economics as the core; adopting the path of "two-way transfer of school professional teaching resources-enterprise vocational work resources"; perfecting the teaching content guided by vocational standards, The model of the backbone teachers of the financial specialty that the teaching process is pulled by the working position is established. The curriculum system of the backbone teachers of the financial specialty based on the "professional Standard + skill development" is established. The integrated practical ability-oriented teaching of the post is carried out, and the backbone of the financial specialty of "enterprise tutor + vocational education expert" is explored. The modern apprenticeship training path for cadre teachers should be constructed to build high-quality teaching resources and cultivate the "double-qualified" backbone teachers of Finance and economics.
