摘要
[目的/意义]研究24小时书店的创新服务模式,为实体书店的转型发展开辟新思路。[方法/过程]运用文献研究法和比较分析法,从图书情报学、市场经济学、社会学等角度,分析了24小时书店的价值取向、功能定位、经营模式和盈利机制。[结果/结论]通过模式创新,为顾客提供有价值的产品和服务,是企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要法宝。
[Purpose/significance] The paper is to study on innovation mode of 24-hour bookstore, so as to explore new way for transformation development of entity bookstore. [Method/process] The paper uses document research and comparative analysis methods to analyze value orientation, function definition, business mode and profit mechanism of 24-hour bookstore from angles of Library and Information Science, Marketing Economics and Sociology. [Result/conclusion] Innovating mode to provide valuable products and services for customers is an important weapon for a company to win in marketing competition always.
