标本管理系统的临床应用及效果分析

摘要
目的探讨标本管理系统在检验分析前质量控制管理中的应用效果。方法以问卷的方式调查25名检验科工作人员和40名临床护理人员对标本管理系统使用的满意度,比较使用前后40名护理人员标本采集相关理论和技能的考核分数及不合格标本率。调查应用该系统后,护理人员对实施护理干预措施的认同情况。结果应用标本管理系统后,检验科工作人员及护理人员满意度、护理人员对标本采集理论和操作技能均较应用前提高,标本不合格率较应用前降低,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论护理人员对标本管理系统在检验分析前的质量控制管理中应用评价较高,且应用标本管理系统后,提高了护士及检验科工作人员的满意度和护理人员对采集标本理论与操作技能,降低了标本采集的不合格率。
Objective To investigate the effect of unqualified specimen management system in quality control before inspection and analysis. Method Questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of 25 laboratory staff and 40 clinical nurses with the use of unqualified specimen management system. The scores of specimen collection theories and skills of the 40 nurses before and after the adoption of the system were compared. Nurses' evaluation of nursing interventions after the adoption of the system was investigated. Results After applying the unqualified specimen management system, the satisfaction of the staff and nurses of the laboratory and the scores of theories and operation skills of the nurses were higher than before. The unqualified rate of the specimens was lower than that before the application, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion The nurses had high evaluation of the unqualified specimen management system in the quality control before the inspection and analysis. Applying the unqualified specimen management system increased the satisfaction of the nurses and the laboratory staff, raised the knowledge and skills of nurses in collecting specimens, and reduced the unqualified rate of specimen collection.
