摘要

目的:总结颈内静脉置管在抢救危重患者中的应用及护理经验。方法:回顾性分析危重患者颈内静脉置管40例及并发症的发生情况。结果:危重患者40例行颈内静脉穿刺成功率为92.5%,发生并发症4例(10%)。结论:颈内静脉穿刺成功率高,做好置管及并发症的预防及护理,可减少并发症,提高生存质量。
        Objective:To summarize the application and nursing experience of internal jugular vein catheter in the rescue of critically ill patients.Methods:We made a retrospective analysis of 40 cases of severely ill patients with internal jugular vein catheterization and the complications.Results:The success rate of internal jugular vein puncture was 92.5% in 40 critically ill patients,the complications occurred in 4 cases(10%).Conclusion:The success rate of internal jugular vein puncture is high.The prevention and nursing of catheterization and complications can reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
