基于模糊综合评价法的写生者满意度研究——以峨庄片区美术写生目的地为例

写生者作为写生基地建设的主要参与者和经济利益的主要提供者,其对写生目的地的满意度是基地生存发展的重要因素。本文以山东省淄博市峨庄片区美术写生基地为研究对象,通过对写生者的问卷调查,应用模糊综合评价对写生者满意度进行评价,结果显示:写生者的总体满意度值为3.734,得分介于"一般"与"满意"之间,没有达到满意水平;各评价维度的满意度由高到低依次是:居民、写生资源、写生目的地、村落环境、写生接待点;利用IPA分析法对19项指标因子进行满意度和重要性测评,确定写生基地在发展中的优势与弱势。其中,交通状况、知名度、信息化水平是主要劣势,急需重点改进。最后,针对目前写生者满意度状况,提出写生目的地可持续发展建议。
As the main participants of sketch bases construction and the main provider of sketch economic interests, the satisfaction of sketcher to sketch destination is an important factor for the survival and development of the base. Taking the art sketch base of E'zhuang district, Zibo City, Shandong Province as the research object, the satisfaction of sketchers was evaluated by questionnaire survey and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The results showed the overall satisfaction value of the sketchers was 3.734, and the score was between "general" and "satisfactory", failing to reach the satisfaction level. The satisfaction degree of each evaluation dimension from high to low is: residents, sketch resources, sketch destination, village environment, sketch reception center. IPA analysis was used to evaluate the satisfaction and importance of 19 index factors to determine the advantages and disadvantages of sketch base in the development. Among these, traffic condition, popularity and information level are the main disadvantages to be improved urgently. Finally, in view of the current satisfaction of sketchers, suggestions on sustainable development of sketching destinations are put forward.
