摘要
对于换热管-管板焊接,钨极偏转角度可明显影响焊缝成形及焊接质量。同时,钨极偏转角度的选择并不唯一,应首先确定后再调试其它焊接参数。对于AP1000蒸汽发生器换热管平齐于管板的形式,钨极偏转角度推荐为-5°—5°之间,对于国内一般换热器换热管外伸于管板形式,钨极偏转角度推荐为15°。对于采用首道自熔,第二道填丝的焊接工艺,两道使用的钨极偏转角度应保持一致。
The tube end to tubesheet welding can be obviously influenced by deflexion angle of tungsten electrode.And the choice of deflexion angle of tungsten electrode is not only one,which should be determined firstly,and then other welding parameters secondly.AP1000 steam generator tube end is flush to tubesheet,the deflexion angle of tungsten electrode can be chosen between -5° to 5°.The tube end protrudes from tubesheet of general domestic heat exchanger,the deflexion angle of tungsten electrode can be chosen 15°.If first pass is welded without wire feeding,and second pass is welded with wire feeding,the deflexion angel of tungsten electrode should keep the same.
