山银花绿原酸的提取工艺

摘要
为山银花绿原酸提取工艺的发展提供基础数据,选用水提法对贵州山银花绿原酸进行提取工艺研究,结果表明:水提法提取山银花绿原酸的最佳工艺为:山银花颗粒细度、提取温度、料液比及提取次数分别为60目、80℃、1∶30和2次。该方法生产成本低廉、安全、环保,可为大规模生产提供基础数据。
        The technical conditions of the water extraction method for chlorogenic acid extracted from Lonicera hypoglauca were studied to provide the basic data for development of L.hypoglaucaextraction technology.Result:The optimal granular size,temperature,solid-liquid ratio and extraction times of the water extraction method for chlorogenic acid extracted fromL.hypoglaucaare 60 mesh,80℃,1∶30 and two times respectively.The water extraction method with the advantages of low cost,safety and environment-friendly can provide the basic data for large-scale production of chlorogenic acid extracted fromL.hypoglauca.
