摘要
研究了一种适用于多种工艺过程的新型过程强化装置。运用Fluent软件,分析了过程强化装置的挡板间距对流体的各个参数的影响。利用流场数值分析结果,对化工过程中使用得最多的圆环形挡板进行不同挡板间距下各流动参数的比较和分析,得出了最佳的挡板间距值。
        A new type of the process intensification device that can be applied in a variety of processes is studied based on the application of the Software Fluent as well as the analysis of the effection between the fluid flow parameters and the baffle distances. Especially, the most widely-used circular ring baffle is taken into consideration in this simulation analysis. According to the results from the flow field numerical analysis, the optimum baffle distance is obtained.
