摘要
塔是石油化工企业中广泛应用的气-液相间的传质设备,根据其结构可分为板式塔和填料塔。板式塔由于其内部结构复杂,使得板式塔的配管成为配管工作的难点。本文以某连续重整装置中的脱C7塔为例,通过塔的布置、管口方位、梯子平台和管道布置4个方面对板式塔的配管进行分析,阐述其设计过程中需要注意的事项,希望能对今后类似装置板式塔的布置和管道设计优化提供参考。
        The tower is a gas-liquid phase mass transfer device widely used in petrochemical enterprises,according to its structure, it can be divided into the plate tower and the packed tower. Due to the complicated internal structure of the plate tower, the piping of the plate tower becomes a difficult point of piping work.. This article takes the de-C7 tower in a continuous catalyst reforming as an example, the piping of the tray tower is analyzed through four aspects: the arrangement of the tower, the orientation of the nozzle, the ladder platform and the arrangement of the pipeline, explain the matters needing attention in the design process, it is hoped that it can provide reference for the layout of the similar equipment towers and the optimization of pipeline design in the future.
