摘要
为了探讨三萜皂苷在霍山石斛不同部位分布差异,以霍山石斛全株为原材料,以三萜皂苷的提取得率为考查指标,在单因素实验基础上,采用响应面法探讨霍山石斛的三萜皂苷的最佳提取工艺。采用最佳提取方法,对霍山石斛根、茎、叶中三萜皂苷的含量进行对比研究。结果表明,霍山石斛的三萜皂苷最佳提取工艺为:甲醇浓度35%、液料比30∶1(mL/g)、提取时间1.5 h、提取温度64℃、提取次数4次,在此条件下,测得霍山石斛根、茎、叶中三萜皂苷含量分别为3.46%、0.85%、2.47%。研究结果可望为霍山石斛资源综合开发利用提供参考依据。
        In order to explore the distribution of the total terpenoid saponin(TTS) contents in different organs of Dendrobium huoshanese, the extraction technology of TTS from D. huoshanese were optimized by the response surface method based on the single factor experiments. Then the TTS contents in the roots, stems and leaves in D. huoshanese were analyzed by the optimal extraction conditions. The results showed that the TTS yield from D. huoshanese was the biggest when extracted 4 times by 35% methanol with the ratio of liquid to material 30:1(mL/g) at 64 ℃ for 1.5 h. Assayed on these extracting conditions, the TTS contents in the roots, stems and leaves in D. huoshanese were 3.46%、0.85%、and 2.47%, respectively. This is the first report about the comparison of the TTS contents in different organisms in D. huoshanese and might benefit the comprehensive utilization of D.huoshanese.
