摘要
随着当今多种信息数据的不断产生和积累,呈现在警务人员面前的时空数据具有复杂性、海量性、多源性的特点,难以在短时间内将其快速整合。而分类孤立的信息难以发挥其应有的价值,警情的规律性难以探索,数据的及时性和有效性都较低,难以为决策者提供有效的科学依据。为此,本文采用三层架构体系,设计并实现了以警务位置信息为核心,以警情数据、卡口数据、视屏数据、图片、音频等信息为基础,集基础图层、警情录入、图文报表、等级勤务、权限系统等功能模块于一体,可为警务人员决策分析提供技术支撑的智慧公安动态警务分析与研判系统,推动了警务信息化建设,实现了全面、快速、准确的信息支持。
        With the continuous produce and accumulation of all kinds of information today, the spatiotemporal data presented in front of police officers are complex, massive and multi-sourced, making them difficult to be integrated quickly in a short time. And categorized and isolated information is difficult to play in its value. For example, it is difficult to explore the regularity of the police intelligence, and the low timeliness and effectiveness of data makes it difficult to provide decision makers with effective and scientific evidence. Therefore, taking location information as the core, this paper designs and realizes a three-tier architecture based on police intelligence data, bayonet data, video data, pictures, audio and other information. The system integrates the base layer module, police intelligence entry module, graphic report module, grade service module, authority system module and so on. It can provide technical support for police officers to make decision, promote the construction of police information, and realize comprehensive, rapid and accurate information support.
