摘要
依据工业硝酸铵产品的性质及邻菲啰啉分光光度法测定尿素中铁离子含量的原理,确立工业硝酸铵中铁离子含量的测定方法,并对分析条件进行研究。结果表明,选用分光光度法测定工业硝酸铵中铁离子含量时,最大吸收波长为510 nm,邻菲啰啉作显色剂,显色时间为10 min,称取的样品铁质量为0.03~0.06 mg。该方法操作简便,相对标准偏差为0.56%~1.04%,加标回收率在95.0%~103.7%,分析结果准确,精密度好,可用于工业硝酸铵产品中铁离子的测定。
        The determination method of iron in industrial ammonium nitrate is determined, according to theproperty of industrial ammonium nitrate products, and determination principle of iron ion in urea by 1,10-phenanthroline spectrophotometric method. And the analysis conditions of spectrophotometric method arestudied. The results show that optimum analysis conditions of spectrophotometric method in determining thecontent of iron ion in industrial ammonium nitrate are as follows, the maximum absorption wavelength is 510 nm, 1,10-phenanthrolineas is used as chromogenic agent, chromogenic time is 10 min, the content of iron ion insample is 0.03-0.06 mg. This method is convenient, the relative standard deviation is 0.56%-1.04%, therecovery of standard addition is 95.0%-103.7%. The results are accurate, and the precision is good. It can beused for the determination of iron ion in industrial ammonium nitrate products.
