上海市闵行区某邻里中心中医药服务居民行为及满意度调查

摘要
目的:了解上海市闵行区某邻里中心社区居民对中医药服务的利用情况剂满意度水平。方法:对在此邻里中心就诊的患者采用系统抽样的方法进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括一般人口学特征、健康状况及行为、中医药服务利用及满意度调查等。结果:社区居民对中医药服务的疗效、服务时间及流程、医务人员技术水平、服务态度、健康宣教水平及门诊环境均处于较高的满意程度。"中医药汤剂或中成药","拔火罐","刮痧","推拿"和"针灸"为社区居民利用率较高的中医药适宜技术。结论:社区卫生服务中心在邻里中心开展中医药服务的居民满意度水平较高。
Objective:To understand the level of satisfaction with the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)among residents in a neighborhood center in Shanghai.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among the patients in this neighborhood center.The questionnaire includes general demographic characteristics,health status and behavior,utilization of traditional Chinese medicine and satisfaction survey.Results:The community residents were highly satisfied with the curative effect,service time and process,technical level of medical staff,service attitude,and health education level agent outpatient environment. "TCM decoction or proprietary Chinese medicine", "cupping", "scraping", "massage" and "acupuncture" are suitable techniques of TCM with high utilization rate for community residents.Conclusion:The residents' satisfaction level of community health service centers in neighbourhood centers is high.
