摘要
控制和保护开关电器广泛应用于电机的控制和保护领域中,根据国家和企业相关标准必须对其电子线路板进行性能参数检测,合格后方能组装成整机;介绍了一种控制和保护器电子线路板自动检测装置;该系统由工业控制计算机、数据采集卡,信号调理电路、辅助电源与线路板夹具等组成;系统测试时,使用LabVIEW开发的应用程序,通过检测、加载多种信号,串口通信等方式,全程控制整个测试流程,实时判别性能指标;检测系统可借助LabVIEW灵活地调整软件设置,开发新的功能测试界面,这为企业全面的产品质量监控和后期产品改进提供了重要手段;实际应用表明,该系统测试精度高,性能可靠,抗干扰性强,测试速度快。
        The Control and Protective Switching Device is widely used in motor control and protection.According to national and enterprise related quality standard,electronic circuit board performance parameters test should be carried out.After passing,they were assembled into the device.A kind of electronic circuit board automatic test equipment about the control and protective device was introduced.The equipment consisted of the IPC,NI data acquisition card,signal conditioning circuits,auxiliary power supply and circuit board fixture.When system was testing,the LabVIEW developed applications fully controlled the entire test process and analyzed real time performance indicators by testing and loading a variety of signals,or using serial communication.The test system could take advantage of LabVIEW flexibility to adjust the software settings and develop new functional test man—machine interface.It provided an important tool for enterprise comprehensive product quality control and product improvement in later period.The practice showed that the device had high precision,reliable performance,strong anti—interference and short test time.
