摘要
介绍一种应用于港口大型起重设备的数据记录和再现系统,该系统通过ZPMC自主研发的软件研制而成,实现了对大型起重设备状态数据的记录和运行状态重现功能。该系统由3种不同层次的数据采集、存储和再现模块组成:常规起重机状态数据模块、高速采集的关键数据模块和CCTV音视频数据模块。该系统可兼容任何应用于码头大型起重设备的电控系统,记录的数据可根据用户要求扩至数年之久。为起重机性能优化和事故分析提供数据支持,促进大型起重设备的安全性和智能化。
        The paper introduces the data recording and representation system applied on the large-scale port hoisting equipment. The system is generated with the software independently developed by ZPMC and it can represent the recordings of status data and operating states of large-scale hoisting equipment. The system is composed of 3 modules at different levels regarding data acquisition,storage and reproduction: the data module of the general crane status,critical data module in high-speed acquisition,and CCTV audio / video data module. The system is compatible to any electronic control system on large-scale port hoisting equipment. The recorded data can be reserved for an extended period of several years as required by the user. The system can serve as the basis for crane performance optimization and accident analysis,and make the large-scale hoisting equipment more safe and intelligent.
