摘要
采用浸渍-焙烧法制备不同组分比例的Mn-Ce-O_x/γ-Al_2O_3双活性组分负载型催化剂,与臭氧联用降解模拟苯胺废水。催化臭氧氧化苯胺实验得出,浸渍液锰铈物质的量比为3∶1、浸渍液Mn(NO_3)_2浓度为1.0 mol/L时,催化剂对苯胺模拟废水的降解效果最佳。用该催化剂催化臭氧氧化佛山市某纺织厂的实际废水,反应30 min后,苯胺质量浓度均在0.03 mg/L以下,达到国家行业废水排放标准。
The catalysts Mn-Ce-O_x/γ-Al_2O_3with different component ratios of bifunctional constituent have been prepared by impregnation-calcination method,and the simulated aniline wastewater has been degraded by the prepared catalysts combined with ozone.It is obtained from catalytic ozonation of aniline experiments that the degradation effect of the catalyst on aniline simulated wastewater is the best,when the quantity relative ratio of Mn-Ce is 3∶1,and steeping liquid 1.0 mol/L.In addition,the actual wastewater from a textile factory in Foshan city,China,is degraded by catalytic ozonation with catalyst Mn-Ce-O_x/γ-Al_2O_3.After 30 min,all the mass concentration of aniline is below0.03 mg/L,reaching the discharge standard of national industrial wastewater
