<正>高磷血症是慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者常见的并发症,全球透析预后和实践模式研究(the dialysis outcome and practice patterns study,DOPPS)显示,世界各国透析患者高磷血症发生率均较高,血磷>1.78mmol/L约占34.2%,而我国血磷控制情况更不理想,血磷平均值为2.01mmol/L,是所有参加DOPPS
