摘要
纯水透过率反映超滤膜的渗透性能,是评价超滤膜性能的重要指标。基于GB/T 32360-2015《超滤膜测试方法》,依据JJF 1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立超滤膜纯水透过率测试结果的不确定度评定数学模型,分析不确定度来源,评定超滤膜纯水透过率测量结果的不确定度。结果表明,超滤膜纯水透过率测试结果为92. 6L/(m~2·h),对该结果进行不确定度评定,当包含因子k=2,置信水平95%时,扩展不确定度为2.88 L/(m~2·h),测试结果的不确定度主要来源于测试压力、测试水温和计量器具,测试时间的影响可以忽略,测试过程中的随机效应对测试结果的不确定度也有很大的影响。
Pure water permeability reflects ultrafiltration membrane permeability,which evaluates UF important indicator of performance.Based on GB/T 32360-2015 Test Methods for Ultrafiltration Membrane,according to the JJF 1059-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,establishing evaluation mathematical model of uncertainty of ultrafiltration membrane pure water permeability test results to analyze the sources of uncertainty,the results was evaluated.The results indicates that the pure water permeability of the ultrafiltration membrane was 92.6 L/( m~2·h).It showed that expanded uncertainty is 2.88 L/( m~2·h),when coverage factor is k=2 and level of confidence is 95%.Uncertainty of the measurement results were mainly from the test pressure,measuring tools and the temperature of the pure water.The influence of test time can be ignored.The random effects in the test process also have a great influence on the uncertainty of test results.
