临床优质护理干预在紫杉醇同步放化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌中的应用效果分析

摘要
目的:分析临床优质护理干预在紫杉醇同步放化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌中的应用效果。方法:将68例进行紫杉醇同步放化疗治疗的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组34例。对照组予以常规护理干预,研究组予以优质护理干预。比较两组患者的不良情绪评分情况、近期疗效和护理满意度情况。结果:护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,且组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率、总满意率(91.18%、97.06%)均高于对照组(70.59%、79.41%),且组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对进行紫杉醇同步放化疗的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,采用优质护理干预可对有效缓解患者的不良情绪,改善近期疗效,进而提高患者的护理满意率,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the treatment of local advanced non-small cell lung cancer with paclitaxel. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with paclitaxel combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into study group and control group with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the study group was given quality nursing intervention. The scores of bad emotion, short-term efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: After nursing care, the scores of SAS(Self-Rating anxiety scale), SDS(Self-Rating depression scale) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate and satisfaction rate(91.18% and97.06%) of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group(70.599.41%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: For the patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with paclitaxel concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the high quality nursing intervention can effectively relieve the bad emotion of the patients, improve the short-term curative effect, and improve the nursing satisfaction rate of the patients,which is worth popularizing.
