摘要
针对纯电动汽车减速器噪声突出问题,对减速器啸叫产生机理进行了分析,以传递路径分析的思路对噪声进行了分析;对减速器高阶次啸叫从降低激励源方向进行了优化,对减速器低阶次啸叫通过优化路径上的共振解决;最后将优化方案进行实车验证,结果表明,车内22阶噪声在车速50-20Km/h平均降低7.2 dB (A),车内8.58阶噪声在车速80-90Km/h峰值降低5.1 dB(A),达到上市要求。
Aiming at the prominent problem of gear reducer noise in pure electric vehicles, the mechanism of gear reducer screaming is analyzed, and the noise is analyzed with the train of thought of transmission path analysis. The high-order noise of the reducer was optimized from the direction of reducing the excitation source, and the low-order noise of the reducer was solved by resonance in the optimized path. At last, the optimized scheme is verified by real cars. The results show that the average reduction of 22 th order noise in the car is 7.2 db(A) at the speed of 50-20 km/h, and the peak reduction of 8.58 th order noise at the speed of 80-90 km/h is 5.1 db(A), which meets the requirements of the market.
