摘要
目的探讨思维导图在急诊专科护士操作培训中的应用效果。方法选择南平市第一医院2017年1-12月急诊专科护士30人次作为研究对象,针对急诊科特色选定12项护理技术操作,制定思维导图流程图后进行统一培训、考核。结果 2017年急诊专科护士考核基础护理操作12项专科护士操作考核成绩与2016年操作考核成绩比较均有所提高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将思维导图应用在急诊专科护士操作培训中,不仅提高急诊专科护士护理技术操作能力,而且提高急诊专科护士熟练掌握操作流程的能力,规范护理技术操作,更好的为急诊病人服务,提高急诊患者满意度。
        Objective To discuss the application of mind mapping in operation training of emergency specialist nurses. Methods Thirty emergency specialist nurses from the First Hospital of Nanping City from January to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of study.According to the characteristics of emergency department, 12 nursing technical operations were selected, and the flow chart of mind map was formulated for unified training and assessment. Results There were 12 basic nursing operations assessed by emergency specialist nurses in 2017, and the performance of specialist nurses was improved compared with that in2016, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of mind mapping in the operation training of emergency specialist nurses not only improves the nursing skills of emergency specialist nurses, but also improves the ability of emergency specialist nurses to master the operation process skillfully, standardize the operation of nursing technology, better serve emergency patients and improve the satisfaction of emergency patients.
