摘要
EGR洗涤器是EGR系统的关键部件,起到防止含硫物质对EGR系统管路腐蚀的作用。对所研发的EGR洗涤器进行模拟仿真研究,发现:为增加烟气在填料层中的接触表面积,保证气液两相的充分接触,须延长填料层长度;该洗涤器烟气进出口及内部填料层位置布置能够较好地保证洗涤器内烟气的流动与混合;洗涤器内布置方式满足烟气静压力场压降要求。经优化后的洗涤器应用于某自主品牌低速柴油机EGR系统上,经第三方测试:硫氧化物脱除效率达95%,满足设计使用要求。
        EGR scrubber is the key component of EGR system to prevent the pipeline of EGR system from corrosion because of sulfur containing substances. The simulation research was carried out and showed that: in order to increase the contact surface area of the flue gas in the packing layer and ensure the full contact of the gas with liquid phases,the length of the packing layer should be extended; the flue gas inlet and outlet of the scrubber and the arrangement of the internal packing layer can guarantee the flow of the flue gas and mixing in the scrubber; the arrangement inside the scrubber could satisfy the pressure drop of static pressure field of the flue gas. The optimized scrubber was used on the SCR system of a selfowned brand low speed diesel engine and its desulfurization efficiency could reach 95%,which has been proved by the third party,and satisfy the design requirements.
