摘要
在节约能源、保护环境以及国家宏观政策的三重刺激下,我国新能源汽车产业蓬勃发展,但巨大的新能源汽车保有量,导致了大量的废旧动力电池集中爆发式退役,数量巨大的废旧动力电池的回收利用成为了一大难题。废旧动力电池回收利用关乎安全、环保、资源利用率等,因此对其展开研究意义重大。梯级利用原则因能够很好地实现废旧动力电池二次或者多次重复利用,在延缓动力电池退役时间,实现动力电池使用价值最大化方面具有重要作用,正逐渐成为未来废旧动力电池回收利用的主流趋势。有鉴于此,笔者在全面对基于梯级利用原则下,形成的废旧动力电池回收产业链概述的基础上,重点对当下新能源汽车废旧动力电池梯级利用方面存在的问题进行了探究,最后对未来如何更好地基于梯级利用原则实现废旧动力电池更好的回收利用进行了重点分析。
        Under the threefold stimulation of energy conservation, environmental protection and national macro-policy, China's new energy automobile industry has developed vigorously, however,the huge amount of new energy vehicles has led to the retirement of a large number of waste power batteries, and the recycling of a large number of waste power batteries has become a major problem.Recycling and utilization of waste power batteries is related to safety, environmental protection and resource utilization rate, so it is of great significance to carry out research on them. The principles of cascade utilization play an important role in delaying the decommissioning time of power batteries and maximizing the use value of power batteries by the secondary or multiple reuse of waste power batteries. It is also gradually becoming a mainstream trend of recycling and utilizing waste power batteries in the future. In view of this, on the basis of a comprehensive overview of the industrial chains of waste power battery recycling based on the principle of cascade utilization, this paper focuses on exploring the problems existing in the current cascade utilization of waste power battery for new energy vehicles, and on how to achieve better recycling of waste power battery based on the principle of cascade utilization in the future. The purpose of this study is to provide some theoretical guidances and references for the recycling management of waste power batteries of new energy vehicles and the innovative use of cascade utilization principles in waste power batteries.
