摘要
采用金相分析法及力学性能检测,对挖泥船的起重机液压缸体沿环焊缝区出现的脆性断裂进行了失效分析。结果表明,液压缸体与法兰体的环焊接工艺不是导致液压缸体发生断裂的诱因,而缸体材料的粗大晶粒才是液压缸体发生脆性断裂的主要原因。
        Metallographic analysis and mechanical property examination were conducted to analyze the failure of the brittle fracture occurring around the welded zone along the ring of hydraulic cylinder. The results show that fracture of the hydraulic cylinder and flange was not caused by the circumferential welding process,but mainly caused by coarse grain structure of the cylinder material.
