摘要
中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司馏分油综合利用项目(大榭三期)新建210万t/a原料加氢处理装置,在可研阶段采用的是常规螺纹锁紧环式换热器,为了减少占地面积、降低投资和装置能耗,经过调研后决定采取绕管式高压换热器,并辅以超声波防垢技术有效延长装置运转周期。通过热水回收低温热、两反应器中间增设换热器取出高温位的反应热,进一步降低装置能耗。
The new 2.1 million tons/year raw material hydrogenation treatment unit built by CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.(Daxie III)is a conventional threaded locking ring heat exchanger in the research stage.In order to reduce the area occupied,investment and energy consumption of the unit,after investigation,it is decided to adopt a high-pressure heat exchanger with wound tubes,supplemented by ultrasonic anti-scaling technology.Extend the operation cycle of the device.By recovering low temperature heat from hot water and adding heat exchanger between the two reactors to remove high temperature reaction heat,the energy consumption of the unit is further reduced.
